1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the okww platform and all services under it. By browsing the website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting service, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with okww, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
2. All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
3. Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is considered a prohibited activity and may result in all accounts being closed.
4. The service may not be used by anyone subject to a legal restriction or prohibition.
5. Users must cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

okww may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method documentation from a user. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. All submitted documents must be genuine and valid — providing false information will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Security

The responsibility for keeping an account secure rests entirely with the user. Login credentials (username and password) must never be shared with anyone.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, inform the support team immediately.
• After logging out, close the browser — especially on shared devices.
• okww never asks for a password or OTP by email or chat — any such request may be a scam.

okww will not be responsible for transactions or losses caused by another person if the user's credentials were exposed due to the user's own negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on okww: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. KYC verification must be complete and wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 General Payment Rules

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

okww offers promotional deals from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, which are stated in the offer description.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — and before withdrawing the bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback

The okww VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is paid on net losses each week — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold and 0.8% for Platinum. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Slots, live casino, sports betting and other games are available on the okww platform. All game outcomes are controlled by a fair and verifiable random number generator (RNG).

• If a technical fault occurs during a game, okww reserves the right to void that round and, where applicable, refund the bet amount.
• Abnormal winnings arising from software bugs or errors will not be honoured.
• In sports betting, a result is considered final only after the outcome of the event has been confirmed.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of them occur, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited:

1. Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
2. Using bots, automation software or any other tool to conduct games or betting.
3. Bonus abuse, such as arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.
4. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
5. Using okww's services for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Harassing, threatening or deceiving other users.
7. Submitting false or fabricated documents.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

User data is not sold to third parties. However, data may be shared with specific organisations where required by law, for identity verification purposes, or to prevent fraud.

9. Responsible Gaming

okww believes that gaming should be for entertainment. If any user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their daily life or financial situation, they should seek help.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

okww reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or documents.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Instructions from a legal authority.

Upon account closure, the verified real balance (excluding bonus balance) is generally returned, however the entire balance may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team.

11. Limitation of Liability

The okww platform is provided on an "as is" basis. okww accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Gameplay interrupted by a problem with the user's device.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Unexpected system maintenance or server downtime.

In the event of any claim or dispute, okww's maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid in the relevant transaction.

12. Changes to Terms
